Cable mats are available in 150w per sqm for internal rooms & now 200w per sqm for conservatories & areas of high heat loss.
Under Tile Cable Kit

Make the electric povision as per instructions |

Measure the room and mark out the cable spacing as detailed in the instructions |

Layout out and tape down the cable |

Test the cable |

Fit the floor probe |

Connect the thermostat |
| |

| 7. |
Tile over using flexible adhesive and grout |

Wait at least one week before turning the heating on |

Make the electrical provision as per instructions |

Plan the start point and layout |
| |

| 3. |
Prime the sub-floor with the primer provided |
| |

| 4. |
Roll out the under tile mat, cutting the mesh turning when the opposite wall is reached |

| 5. |
Fit the floor probe |
| |

| 6. |
Test the cable |
| |
|
| 7. |
Tile over using flexible adhesive and grout |
