Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

| Delivery Schedule For all 'stock items' we aim to deliver your order right away, usually within 2 working days (this excludes the carbon film which can take up to 7-10 days as it is made to order. Overseas orders will take a little longer, please contact us for the transit time to your particular destination. |
| Back Orders We hold one of the largest stocks of underfloor heating in the UK & in the unlikely even that your item is not in stock, we will always contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is applicable & is shown in the pricing on our shopping cart. All orders outside the EU are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero - Note: we do not currently ship to the USA or Canada . |
